10. Removal of the DMD PCB ASSY
and DMD chip
1. Remove the top cover and front ASSY following “1.
Removal of the top cover and front ASSY.”
2. Remove the MAIN PCB ASSY following “2. Removal of
the MAIN PCB ASSY.”
3. Remove the ballast ASSY following “3. Removal of the
lamp power unit.”
4. Remove the optical unit following “4. Removal of the
optical unit.”
5. Remove the four screws (

6. Remove the EMI case and radiator as shown in Fig. 2-
10-1.
7. Remove the DMD PCB ASSY as shown in Fig. 2-10-1.
8. Remove the DMD ASSY as shown in Fig. 2-10-2.
9. Remove the DMD chip as shown in Fig. 2-10-2.
