Message Menu
Message Menu Options
The Message Menu allows you to manage your messages according to your specific
needs.
Once you have listened to a read or unread message, you are prompted by the
following options in the Message Menu.
Note 1: There are also options for which you are not prompted.
These are as follows:

Plays the current message again

Allows you to reply to current message

Give message to another user Forwards a copy of the message to
another user (or list of users) with or
without comments

Keep the current message
Saves the message to your Read Mes-
sages folder

Discard message
Deletes the current message perma-
nently

Print Message to fax machine Prints the current message to a fax
machine

Make a new message
Allows you to create and send a new
message

Exit to main menu
Returns you to the main menu
