unauthorized, unapproved way.
The warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original
wheelchair purchaser. The warranty card is provided in the
carton or you can complete the warranty on line at
www.miraclemobility.com. Visit our Website for more details
If the serial number of the electric wheelchair is not the
original serial number, having been modified or not match
with the serial number of the warranty card, or the serial
number of the guarantee card has been revised, no warranty
will be granted.
This warranty card is non-transferable and only for the use of
wheelchair buyer. Complete the warranty card included in the
