Joystick Malfunction Errors

There is a diagnostic indicator in the joystick control panel. When the light is green, it means this wheelchair has no problems.

When there is something wrong with, the joystick will report a user error by flashing lights. (see diagram below)

If the joystick light indicates there is something wrong, the user should turn off the power supply and then turn on it again.

If after rebooting the wheelchair, the malfunction is not eliminated and the light repeats an error, please refer to the diagnosis
information. It will indicate which error type is occurring and can help you find the possible solution.

Your controller as an indicator light that, during normal operation, is a steady GREEN. This light also functions as a diagnostic
tool by flashing in patterns that indicate problems. It is important to pay attention to these diagnostics in case the power
wheelchair must be put out of use for safety reasons until maintenance can be performed.
If 1 red light flashes:
Indicates the pressure of battery is not full.
If 2 red lights flash:
Indicates no signal from the joystick.
If 3 red lights flash:
Indicates the wheelchair is charging.
If 4 red lights flash:
Indicates the joystick is moving when the power is on or no connection of the motor wires.
If 5 red lights flash:
Indicates the brake solenoid is not connected or damaged.
