1. Users Troubleshooting Guide
The Mira Advance ATL electric shower is fully performance tested after assembly.
In the unlikely event that you experience problems with the Mira Advance ATL, then
the following procedures will enable you to undertake basic troubleshooting before
contacting the person responsible for installing your shower.
Warning!
There are no user serviceable components beneath the cover of the Mira
Advance ATL. Only a competent tradesperson should remove the cover.
FAULT DIAGNOSIS
Malfunction
Indicator Display
Cause/Rectifi cation
1. No fl ow or very low fl ow rate,
followed by the unit turning
off.
2. No fl ow change after button
is selected.
a. Blocked spray plate.
b. Water supply isolating valve
turned down.
c. This is normal during low
p r e s s u r e t h e r m o s t a t i c
performance, improve the
supply pressure.
3. Low Flow Rate.
4. Sudden, rapid increase in fl ow
for a short period, eventually
returning to expected flow
rate and temperature. This
may occur after a period of
non-use.
5. Shower automatically shuts
off a few seconds after start
up.
a. Insufficient water supply
pressure.
b. A section of supply pipe is
preheating the cold water
supply to the shower. e.g.
supply pipe is running through
a loft or is adjacent to hot water
pipes.
Turn the Temperature
control to full cold and press
the "High" fl ow button. Run
the shower for 60 seconds,
