the desired fl ow button. This
will fl ush the unwanted hot
water through the system
and is a temporary remedy. If
the problem persists, contact
your installer for advice on a
permanent remedy.
6. Water temperature is too
low.
7. Shower fails to operate when
any fl ow button is pressed.
a. Incorrect Maximum
Temperature Setting.
b. Check internal wiring, make
sure that the 13-Way Multi-
Connector is plugged in at
both ends.
c. Power failure or electricity
supply isolated.
d. Fuse failed, MCB or RCD
tripped.
8. No water flow from the
handset.
9. Reset/Service light fl ashes,
flow will not stop after the
'STOP' button is pressed.
10. Any other fault condition.

temperature below 1°C, allow
to thaw.
b. Temporary interruption of
electricity supply, following
restoration press flow or
memory preset button.
c. E x c e s s i v e t e m p e r a t u r e
or abnormal water supply
conditions, isolate electrical
supply for 10 seconds to allow
shower to reset. Restore
the electrical supply, if the
problem persists contact a
competent tradsperson.
11. Visible flow change (not

12. The shower shuts down when

13. The shower shuts down
without any user operation.
