1 ADJUSTMENT
* 15 Fixing upper roller initial rotation
Fixing may be insufficient in the morning if the
temperature of the place where the machine is
installed is low. To prevent this, increase the
warm-up time (fixing upper roller initial rotation
time) to allow the fixing lower roller to be warmed
up to the normal temperature. This bit specifies
the condition(s) under which initial rotation of the
fixing upper roller is required.
• Low temperature: Initial rotation of the fixing
upper roller is carried out only under the low
temperature condition.
• Low and normal temperatures: Initial rotation
of the fixing upper roller is carried out under
low and normal temperature conditions.
• Low, normal, and high temperatures: Initial
rotation of the fixing upper roller is carried out
under low, normal, and high temperature con-
ditions.
