Tray Spring Pressure Adjustment

Caution: Tray spring pressure adjustment must

be performed when no feed or double
feed of paper occurs.  Tray spring
pressure may be affected by a type of
paper used or operating environment
(under the low temperature condition,
no feed of paper tends to occur).
Under the high temperature condition,
double feed of paper tends to occur.
Excessive adjustment of tray spring
pressure may exacerbate the problem.
Take care.
