Memory RX (Confidential Reception)
When you use this function, the message will be stored in the memory.
Only if you switch off the memory reception option and enter the correct
password, will the fax message be printed out. Instead of a password, you
can also program a time when the message is to be printed.

Press [FAX] on the control panel.

Press [UTILITY] and then 4 x
[SPACE].

Press [1] on the numeric keypad,
select the required setting using
the arrow keys and press [YES].

Enter the time when you want to
start the memory RX option and
press [YES].

Enter the time at which the docu-
ment is to be printed and press
[YES].

Enter a 4-digit password or press
[YES].

Press [NO] to return to standby
mode.
