Batch Transmission

Use this function to store several documents in memory and send all of
them at a specific time. In this way the receiving station need only be
called once. The recipient must be stored as a one-touch dial number.

Press [FAX] on the control panel.

Press [UTILITY] and 2 x [SPACE].

Press [5] on the numeric keypad
and then the required one-touch
key.

4

Enter the required time of
transmission and press [YES].

5

Press [NO] to cancel the entry or
press a one-touch key to store
further transmissions.
