The signature shape of the P-51 should be visible at this point! Grab the nose skin and bevel the 

rear edges of each flap except for the rear-most flaps. The sharper the curve, the deeper the 

bevel should be. Pre-mold each flap well before proceeding to the next step. 

 

     

 

 

Dry-fit the flat middle part of the skin onto the left side of the fuselage, checking the fit of tabs
