2.6 Sound settings
The Sound menu enables adjustment of speaker volume, alert tone and ring tone as described below.
Picture Description Sound Option
Adjusts the speaker volume for phone calls
using the Navigation key .
Talk Volume
Adjusts the speaker volume for PTT using
the Navigation key .
Push to Talk
(PTT) Volume
Adjusts the ring tone volume level using the
Navigation key .
Ring Volume
Selects the ring tone type. Ring Tone
Selects the type of alert mode when
receiving a call or text messages: Alert Mode
• Ringing — phone will ring
• Vibrate — phone will vibrate only
• Ring after Vibrate — phone will ring
first then vibrate, repeating this cycle.
• Vibrate and Ring — phone will vibrate
first then ring, repeating this cycle
• Mute — phone will mute ring tones and
vibrate function
