Each of the four switches (S1 - S4)
can be set for either a standard or window
switchpoint parameter. After the switchpoint
parameter is chosen, the digiswitch selects a
different response algorithm, according to
where the switchpoints are set. Switchpoints
can be easily adjusted in either parameter.
Standard switchpoint parameter:

Automatically selected when the user
chooses a switch ON point higher
than the switch OFF point (as shown
in FIGURE 4):
Switch ON - when the measured
pressure equals the switchpoint
ON.
Switch OFF - when the measured
pressure equals the switchpoint
OFF.

Automatically selected when the user
chooses a switch ON point lower than
the switch OFF point (as shown in
FIGURE 5):
Switch ON - when measured
pressure < switchpoint ON
Switch OFF - when measured
pressure > switchpoint OFF.
Window switchpoint parameter: The
operational window is set by the ON and
OFF switchpoint.

than the switch OFF point. Pressures
either beneath or above the window
operate the switches (as shown in FIGURE 6).
Switch ON - when the measured pressure > switch ON point or when the measured pressure
< switch OFF point.
Switch is OFF - when the measured pressure is within the window.
