10.
Replace the large holding bolts into the proper holes, allowing the roller
assembly to rest on the heads of the two positioning bolts. Tighten the
holding bolts fully. Remember to replace any washers behind the roller in
their proper positions. If your machine had small holding bolts, do not
replace these. They may be discarded.
11.
Remove the rope.
12.
Install the grease fitting on the roller.
13.
Lower the basket slowly and then remove the jack.
14.
Check to insure that the basket makes contact with the roller. This com-
pletes the installation of the roller.
15.
After all support rollers have been installed, run the CBW and observe the
rollers as the baskets rotate. The rollers should not rub the sides of the
support track or the shell front or the plastic splashguards. If rubbing does
occur, then raise the basket and insert or remove spacers between the roller
and shell front as necessary.
16.
It is not necessary to lubricate the new support rollers upon installation.
They were prelubricated at the factory. H owever, after one week of opera-
tion, they should be relubricated as explained in the lubrication instructions
elsewhere. Also, at this time check to be sure all bolts are tight.
