Locate the 8 screws that secure the pump bottom plate to the pump.

Use a T20 star screwdriver to remove the 8 screws.
NOTE
The cable that connects the pump power inlet to the electronic board is attached to the
pump bottom plate. It must be disconnected in order to remove the pump bottom plate.
