7.  RESOLUTION OF ANOMALIES 

 
The following list of potential faults and checks should help you find the causes of the most common issues 
that may arise during normal operation. 
 

7.1.  The power supply light does not switch on 

 
Check: 
- the electrical connections to the power supply. 
- the position of the switch on the rear panel 
- the condition of the two fuses above the switch 
 

7.2.  Wax is not dispensed 

 
Check: 
-  the  wax,  delivery  tube  and  valve  temperature  have  been  set  to  proper  values;  refer  to  chapter  2.12.2 
Temperature setting. 
- the flow rate of the injection nozzle is properly adjusted; refer to chapter 3.3.2 Wax flow. 
 
Alternatively, operate the pedal and/or the operating lever to see which of the two systems is not working. 
 
 

7.3.  Alarm messages 

 
In the event of technical failures that may damage the unit during operation, one of the following messages 
will be displayed on the screen: 
 

SAFETY  

STOP 

Indicates  that  the  system  has  stopped  automatically  due  to  excessive 
temperature. 

NO  

PROBE 

Indicates that one of the temperature probes controlling the heating process 
is faulty. 

 
In any case, turn off the unit via the switch located on the rear panel of the module or disconnect it from the 
power supply and contact your support service if the problem persists. 
In  the  event  of  any  malfunctions  and/or  servicing,  please  turn  off  the  instrument  and  contact  the  local 
distributor.
