2.12.4. Using the unit in manual mode
If the unit is not programmed for automatic start-up (as explained in the following chapter), manual start-up
and stop is enabled if the MANUAL MODE key
is pressed.
When the unit is in manual mode the green LED is on.
2.12.5. Automatic start-up and shutdown programming
HistoDream EW offers several options for programming the unit’s operating times:

The same times from MONDAY to FRIDAY
-
Different operating hours (or shutdown) on SATURDAY and SUNDAY
-
Individual programs for each day of the week
On the operating screen, press the TIMER SET key
, and the following screen opens:
START UP
MON-FRI
Use the UP or DOWN keys to select the programmed operating time for all
working days (Monday to Friday)
START UP
DAILY
or if required, press UP or DOWN to program each day of the week
individually.
Press ENTER to confirm your selection (MON-FRI or DAILY).

The appropriate reference is shown in the upper left corner of the display:
-MON-FRI for the same setting from MONDAY to FRIDAY
-Day of the week for different setting DAY by DAY
Use the UP or DOWN keys to change the value for starting up or operating
the unit, if required, and press ENTER to confirm your selection and move
to the next value.
Once the start time has been set, the options for the unit shutdown time are displayed on the screen:
MON-FRI
END 17:30
TIMER OFF
(HH-MM)
Proceed in the same way to set the time when the unit should switch off
automatically.
Once these values have been set, an option for SATURDAY and SUNDAY is displayed:

If the unit is not to be used during the weekend, enter the START TIME
value 00:00 and the END TIME value 00:00, and repeat the same operation
for SUNDAY.
If the DAILY option has been selected, the start and stop times must be set for each day of the week.
The default values for the TIMER (factory settings) are:
-MON-FRI
TIMER ON: 08:00/ TIMER OFF: 15:00
-SATURDAY
TIMER ON: 00:00/ TIMER OFF: 00:00
-SUNDAY
TIMER ON: 00:00/ TIMER OFF: 00:00
HistoDream EW will be ready for operation at the scheduled time as the heaters will have
already been connected automatically, so that the different areas are at the required
temperature.
For automatic start-up and shutdown settings, MANUAL MODE must be disabled (LED ON
off).
