3.  OPERATE WITH EasyCUT 

 
Place the microtome on the steel plate. 

 

 

Microtome not included in EasyCUT unit.  

 

Turn on EasyCUT, pressing the power button and wait for 4 seconds before starting the microtome cutting of 
the wax blocks. 

 

 
A flow of ionized air will start to come out from the four slots: 
 

 

 

 

Never  insert  objects  inside  the  slots  where  the  ionized  air  comes  out  from  otherwise 
electric shocks could occur. 

 
It is possible to turn  on the LED strip to light the cutting area. Press the  power button shown in  the  picture 
below:  

  

 

The distance between the blade of the microtome and the ionizer must not exceed 41cm if the 
unit is used at the minimum speed (1), otherwise it could not neutralize correctly. In this case it 
is recommended to increase the speed.
