Problem solving guide

Minor faults in the performance of the washing machine, some of which may result
from incorrect operation, can be put right without contacting the Service Depart‐
ment.
The following guide may help you to find the reason for a fault, and to correct it.
You should, however, note the following:
Repair work to electrical appliances should only be carried out by a suitably
qualified person in strict accordance with current local and national safety regu‐
lations. Repairs and other work by unqualified persons could be dangerous.
The manufacturer cannot be held liable for unauthorised work.
