Cause and remedy
Clean fluff filter.

The plinth filter looks clean after thorough cleaning.
However, the programme terminates and the error
message appears again. It is likely that there is still
underlying residue that could not be removed.
To delete the message: Touch the
OK
sensor con-
trol.
Replace the plinth filter with a new one.
You can reactivate the removed, “old” plinth filter
in the washing machine. Follow the instructions
described in “Problem solving guide – Reactivating
the plinth filter”.
Check water drain-
age
lights up after a
programme has
been cancelled.
There is a fault in the condensate drainage.
Check that the drain hose is correctly fitted and is
not kinked.
To clear the message: Open and close the door
with the tumble dryer switched on.
Plinth filter not fitted.
Please fit it.
The plinth filter is missing.
Check the filter (in the plinth).
Removing the filter during a drying programme will
result in the cancellation of the programme.
Fault F. If restart
fails, call Service

There is no obvious cause.
Note the message on the display.

ror message, then there is a fault. Contact Miele Ser-
vice.

The laundry is unevenly distributed or has rolled up.
Open the door and loosen the laundry. Take out
some of the laundry if necessary.
Close the door.
Start a programme.
Finish/Cooling down

plete.
This is not a fault. The laundry will be cooled further.
The programme is almost complete.
Either remove the laundry and spread it out to cool
down or leave it in the tumble dryer to cool down.
