Shut down the power.
Open the door and Rotate the
drum.
Check the drum for rotating
flexibly or not.
If the drum can’t rotate, check the drum for blocked or
replace the drum system.

Check sound of motor.
Check the driving belt. Replace if loosen or broken.

Check the wiring connection of
motor. Check the wires for
open cycled.
Replace the harness if open cycled.
Check the motor. Replace if
failure.
The resistance of coils should be
around 5.5
Ω.
Check the output voltage of
Inverter Module to motor.
If there is no output from the Module when the unit is in
operation, the Module is failure.
Check wiring connection of
Inverter Module.
Replace the Inverter Module.
Replace the PCB.
