PS360E-Series Oven Component Locations
IV. COMPONENT FUNCTION
Conveyor Drive Motor (inside cabinet)
Moves the Conveyor Belting (65756).
Crumb Pans
Catch crumbs and other materials that drop through
the conveyor belt. One crumb pan is located at each
end of the conveyor belt (PS360E Vented 35900-
0255, PS360E Solid 35900-0038).
Conveyor
Moves the food product through the oven.
End Plugs
Allow access to the oven’s interior.
Eyebrows
Can be adjusted to various heights to lessen heat loss
to the environment.
Window
Allows the user to access the food products within the
baking chamber, or place product into the oven for
shorter bake times (69190).
Control Cabinet Doors
Allow access to the oven’s control components. No
user serviceable parts are located within these
cabinets.
Serial Plate
Provides specifications for the oven pertinent to
installation, operation, and maintenance. Refer to
SECTION 2 – INSTALLATION for details.
Control Panel (User Interface)
Allows user to adjust temperature, bake time and top
and bottom air flow. Also provides diagnostic
messages for oven operation.
Photo Sensor
Puts oven into the Baking Mode when the beam is
interrupted by product being placed on the belt
(71166).
Door Photo Sensor
Puts oven into the Baking Mode when the beam is
interrupted by the front window being opened to insert
product.
Circuit Breaker Resets
Permits resetting breakers inside cabinet without
opening door or touching the circuit breakers directly.
Electric Relay and Heating Element
Compartment
Blowers (not shown)
Move heated air that recirculates through the oven
cavity.
Fingers (inside top and bottom of oven cavity)
Direct air in controlled fashion to the product being
baked through a pattern arrangement of extruded
holes.
