or do I have to use the IPs provided by the Router?
The Router mode allows for customization of your public IPs and
Domain.
How can I check whether I have static DHCP IP Addresses?
Consult your ISP to confirm the information.
Why does the router dial out for PPPoE or PPPoA mode very
often?
Normally some of game, music or anti_virus program will send out
packets that trigger the router to dial out, you can close these
program. Or you can set the idle time to 0, then control to dial out
manually.
Why is that i can ping to outside hosts, but not access Internet
websites?
Check the DNS server settings on your PC. You should get the DNS
servers settings from your ISP. If your PC is running a DHCP client,
remove any DNS IP address setting. As the router will assign the
DNS settings to the DHCP-client-enabled PC.
How to use the DDNS?
DDNS means Dynamic DNS. You can vi sit http://www.dyndns.org to
apply a Host name for your own web site. For example:
www.smart.com. Save the Host name, user name and pass word in
DDNS record. It doesn't matter your ADSL line with a fixed or
dynamic IP. Users always access your web site by www.smart.com.

How to configure SP3352 working with VoIP device?
You can find the ports for VoIP in the list and open the ports on your
Router device.

On SP3352, it can be configured much easier than that. Please
assign a
DMZ Host
for VoIP then you do not have to set any port for
this application.
SP3352
DMZ Host
is a software emulated Host. It opens a virtual IP
for user accessing from Internet. Please note that the priority of
DMZ
Host
is lower than Virtual Sever. If you enable
DMZ Host
on SP3352
please do not assign any
Virtual Server
for other application. Thus
you can avoid VoIP packets be sent to improper port to due to miss
connection.
