please send us the affected parts for repair or
exchange.
In the case of faults the cause of which is not clear-
ly identifiable, the entire measuring system must be

Disconnect the USB cable from the infrared sensor.
The thermoMETER CTVideo is produced according to the directive 2011/65/EU, “RoHS“.
Do the disposal according to the legal regulations (see directive 2002/96/EC).
