3 Tension the band (maximum tension appropriate to the saw band).
4 Move the band guides down with the crank Fig. 7-1 /1 until the sliding block Fig. 7-2 /9
is touching the saw band.
5 Clamp the height adjustment Fig. 7-1 /2.
6 Remove the front guide jaw Fig. 7-3 /2 (undo the three screws Fig. 7-3 /1).
7 Undo clamps Fig. 7-2 /4, 5 and 6.
8 Adjust the rear guide jaw (with Fig. 7-2 /2) until the guide jaw is touching the saw band.
9 Tighten clamps Fig. 7-2 /4, 5 and 6 to 5 Nm.
10 Fit the front guide jaw Fig. 7-3 /2 and tighten the three screws Fig. 7-3 /1 to 7 Nm.
Note: The guide jaws Fig. 7-2/10 must not clamp the saw band.
11 Align the cooling nozzles Fig. 7-4 /3 (please see chapter ”7.1.7” on side 57)
12 Fit the inhibiting air cover Fig. 7-2 /7.
