10.5.2 Pre-flash suppression or
synchronisation settings
• Press the sensor button on the touch
display as many times as it takes for the
display for selecting the type of synchroni-
sation.
• Press the sensor button on the touch
display:
synchronisation without pre-flash
synchronisation with pre-flash
The synchronisation of operation is adop-
ted.
If the synchronisation set here does not work
properly, then proceed as described in
10.5.4.

10.5.3 Servo mode partial light output
settings
• Press the sensor button for partial light
output on the touch display as many times
as it takes for the partial light output
display to appear.
• Press sensor buttons on the
touch display and set the desired partial
light output to 1/1, 1/2, 1/8 to 1/256 .
• Press the sensor button on the touch
display for the selected partial light output
(e.g. 1/16).
The partial light output is adopted.
Once the slave flash units have achieved
flash-readiness, the AF measurement flash
flashes.
Remote channels cannot be set in SERVO
mode.
The camera flash unit may not work in the
remote mode.
