DISPOSAL INFORMATION
9.1.
Disposal of transport packaging
The packaging protects your power generator against transport damage. The packaging was selected
from materials which are environmentally friendly for disposal, so they are recyclable.
Recycling the packaging into the material cycle saves raw materials and reduces the amount of waste.
Please observe the local regulations of your waste management organisation or return the packaging
to your dealer.
9.2.
Disposal of the operating supplies
The operation and maintenance of the power generator produces wastes that require special dispo-
sal. This is for example waste oils and dirty cloths. Please refer to the local requirements of your waste
management organisation or contact your dealer or our service representatives for information. Waste
oils can be returned to the point of sale.
9.3.
Disposal of the old equipment
When the device has reached the end of its life cycle, ensure secure and safe disposal, in particular of
the parts or substances that are harmful to the environment. That includes, among other things, fuel,
lubricants, plastics and the starter battery (if used).
Please observe the local regulations of your waste management organisation and use the collection
points set up at your domicile for returning and using old devices or get more information from your
dealer or our service representatives.
Please ensure that your old equipment is kept childproof until it is dispatched.
Never put your old equipment into residual waste.
