Putting the boiler into operation for the first time.
If you have completed all the steps outlined above you can proceed to the first boiler commissioning.
Putting the boiler out
In case of a planned longer standstill of the boiler, set the control panel to "OFF" mode.
Restarting after the unit has stopped working due to lack of fuel:
●
remove carbon from the burner;
●
Fill the tank with fuel;
●
Set the controller panel to "OFF" mode;
●
feed fuel to the burner with the manual fuel feed function "TEST";
●
feed the fuel until clean granules appear at the beginning of the burner;
●
set the control panel to "ON", after a few minutes the flame will appear;
●
If you do not have a lighter, use a traditional barbecue lighter to light the fire;
●
Switch on the blower in "TEST";
●
After firing up, set the control panel to "ON".
Automatic boiler start-up after replacement of the overload clutch fuse:
●
remove carbon from the burner;
●
turn the worm clockwise, counterclockwise and then check whether there is any "foreign matter" e.g.
stone, rod, if there is, pull it out and insert the pin;
●
Fill the tank with fuel;
●
set the controller panel to "OFF" mode;
●
feed fuel to the burner with the manual fuel feed function, "TEST" mode;
●
feed the fuel until clean granules appear at the beginning of the burner;
●
set the control panel to "ON", after a few minutes the flame will appear;
●
If you do not have a lighter, use a traditional barbecue lighter to light the fire;
●
Switch on the blower in "TEST";
●
After firing up, set the control panel to "ON".
NOTE!
Remember to close the feeder lid tightly.
NOTE!
When opening the door, do not stand in front of the boiler, it can cause burns.
NOTE!
If the boiler is equipped with a lambda probe, it is advisable to use a flue gas analyser to
set its characteristics, when setting the blower output for subsequent boiler outputs.
