22. STEREO, CD CHANGER, TV /VCR, WASHER/DRYER
Stereo
The switch inside the door to the left of the main salon stereo is to switch between the
‘upper’ radio in the pilot house and the ‘lower’ radio in the salon. The upper radio is
subject to electrical humming, and the salon radio works better. Both radios have tape
decks. The lower radio controls a CD changer located on top of the TV set.
The speaker switch is labeled for speakers in locations around the boat. Forward cabins
have individual speaker volume controls.
CD changer is on top of the TV in the salon. It has a cartridge that contains CDs.
TV/VCR
Gamapotay is equipped with a directv sattelite system for your enjoyment. To use turn on
the TV with the TV remote control. Then turn on the sattelite using it’s remote control.
Use the Sat remote to select channels, guides, etc.. The tv can also play DVD in the CD/
DVD player. Insert the DVD and press play then on the TV remote push the TV/Video
button to select the input source. The CD/DVD player also has a remote and id the
control for the surround sound system.
The master stateroom also has a tv. However in the directv mode it is controled by the
same receiver as the main salon. The sat tv control will work from the stateroom. The
master stateroom also has a CD/DVD player and surround sound that works the same as
the salon.
Stacked Washer/Dryer
Instructions for using the washer/dryer are in the GAMAPOTAY manual box. Running
the washer/dryer requires 50 amp shore power or running the generator. It works well so
long as it is not overloaded. The dryer vents to the outside.
