The joystick is the main operating element for activating
equipment functions and submenus via the menu
fields.

Activate these functions as follows:

Push the joystick in the direction you want to move
the cursor on the display. Select the desired menu
field by positioning the cursor on it.

Push the joystick to

start rewind or search functions in the radio, tape or
CD mode.

Press the joystick to confirm your selection.

The selected function will activate, or a submenu
may appear or a selection will be confirmed.

Softkeys

With the softkeys

the submenus and functions

which appear above the softkeys on the display can be
activated.

Key

This key starts a telephone call.
