The rear seat will tip downwards and move
back. The seat backrests and head restraint
will then move into a suitable seat position
automatically.
If a seat on the second row of seats is not
engaged, this will be shown on the multifunc-
tion display on the instrument cluster.

Folding the rear seats forwards mechanically
(emergency release)
You can also fold the rear seats forwards mechan-
ically using release loops. The release loops are
located on the outer sides and rear sides of the
seats on the second row of seats.

You could lose control of the vehicle in the fol-
lowing situations in particular:

If you adjust the driver's seat, the head
restraint, the steering wheel or the mirror
while the vehicle is in motion

If you fasten your seat belt while the vehi-
cle is in motion
