1.4 Warranty
Mercedes-Benz Energy provides a ten-year warranty for each individual energy storage module in your
Mercedes-Benz Energy Storage Home. If you would like to make a claim to this manufacturer’s warranty,
we would like to ask that you complete and submit the warranty card to the manufacturer as soon as your
energy storage system has been installed and is ready for operation. This is a mandatory prerequisite for
the manufacturer’s warranty to enter into force. All country-specific information on the warranty card is
available at:
www.mercedes-benz-energy.com/support
Please note that you need to send in an additional filled-in warranty card to the manufacturer for each newly
purchased energy storage module for your energy storage system if you would like to extend the manufac-
turer’s warranty to these new modules.
