Selecting using manual frequency entry
Manual frequency entry is available in the
FM and AM wavebands.
Entry example: 97.9 MHz in the FM wave-
band:
Switch on the FM waveband
(
page 27).
Press

The frequency entry screen is dis-
played. This gives the frequency range
of the FM waveband.
In sequence, press the number
keys

.
Each number entered is displayed on
the screen.
Press
.
The system tunes to the frequency. Af-
ter a short time, the FM main menu is
displayed.
Storing stations
The FM and the AM waveband each have
ten available presets.
You have the following options:

Tune to the station to be stored

Press one of the number keys

A signal tone can be heard and the sta-
tion is stored at the corresponding pre-
set.

Frequency increments for manual tun-
ing:
FM: 0.2 MHz
AM: 10 kHz

It is not possible to make entries out-
side the frequency range.
