Radio
Note:
This is a 24 hour clock and time must
be entered in all fo u r digits. A 24 hour
clock counts tim e from m idnight to
m idnight, that is 24 hours. A time of
4:28 PM therefore is counted by this
clock as 16:28 hours (12 plus
4:28 hours).
Example 1: To enter 7:30 AM,
press buttons
EQ i EQ ' EQ > EQ
Example 2: to enter 4:28 PM,
press buttons

The time entered is now stored. To
start the clock in accordance with a
time signal or other time reference,
again briefly press the recessed time
set button
A colon sign will appear between
the second and third digits I
to indicate that the clock is actived.
Normally, the display panel will show
the frequency the radio is tuned to.
To display time
Briefly press the call button
D
.The
time will be displayed fo r a few
seconds.
To use the timer
D
By using the tim e rK B . the radio can
be automatically turned on at a preset
tim e. In order to set the tim e r K B ' the
ignition key m ust be in position “ 1" or
“
2
" .
The timer K B can only turn the
radio on with the ignition switch in
position “ 1” or “2 ” .
Setting the timer
Press button K B and key the desired
turn -o n time into the tim e r as
explaining under “ setting of the
c lo c k ” . In order to start the tim er, fo r
instance, to turn the radio on at a
preset time, press button Q
. The
fa ct that the tim er has been started is
shown by displaying a colon between
the second and third digits of the
time.
W henever you wish to verify the time
at w hich the tim e r is set, press button
KB-
The time will be displayed in the
panel. A fte r a few seconds, the
display will sw itch back to the station
frequency. In o rder to change the
tim e r to a new setting, refer to the
above inform ation.
