Thrust washers of the same thickness must
always be installed on both sides.
It is not permitted to regrind thrust washers.
The thrust washers are available only as sets as
replacement parts. A set consists of one top and
one bottom thrust washer (23 and 23a).

Colored dots on the crank webs or next to the crankshaft journals.

The normal size crankshaft bearing shells with
the color coding blue, yellow and red are
supplied as replacement parts.
They should be matched according to the table.
The bearing plays do not therefore need to be
measured.
