Divide the cake into two halves and spread out half of the filling on the bottom cake, put the
other piece on top and spread out the rest of the filling. Put the walnut halves on top.
Program 11 – SANDWICH

Select program 11 – SANDWICH in the menu, bread size 1000 g and required crust. Press the
power switch to start the machine.

Use the lid for the baking pan to bake a regular sandwich bread. Put the lid on the baking
tray when you have put the ingredients in the pan.
Program 12 – BAKE
Ingredients

140 ml
Oil
1 tbsp
Salt
1 tsp
Wheat flour, special

Sugar

Put the ingredients in the baking pan. Close the lid, press the menu button and select
program 8 – DOUGH. Press the power switch to start the machine.

Allow the program to run to the end. Use oven gloves and tip the dough onto a baking board
lightly sprinkled with flour. Pull out the dough paddle.
3.
Put the baking pan back in the baking machine without the dough paddle.
4.
Shape the dough into four round balls and spread them out evenly on the bottom of the
baking pan. Close the lid, press the menu button and select program 12 – BAKE and the
required crust. Press the power switch to start the machine.
5.
Allow the program to run to the end. Lift out the baking pan with oven gloves and turn the
buns upside down on a grille to cool.
