B. ULTRA TRAVELDRIVE FEATURES:

 

  The Ultra TravelDrive design provides convenient, easy-to-carry, large-capacity data storage for important files, 

 

  music, video, or photos wherever you go.  Some of the key features are:

 

•  Ergonomic design that fits in the palm of your hand for ultimate portability.

 

•  Two additional, interchangeable color faceplates to customize the drive for style or color-code multiple Ultra 

 

  TravelDrives and other back-up devices.

  o  Charcoal gray/Ocean Blue/Onyx Black for 120GB

•  Rubberized design that makes the drive easy to grip when held and stationary when sitting on a desk or in a bag.

•  No specific hardware requirements for use on most computer systems.  Uses standard USB ports (USB 2.0 ports

  o  Windows 98SE Compatible—Windows 98SE requires the installation of a device driver that is included on the 

 

      software CD.

 

•  Works between both PC and Macintosh platforms.  Allows convenient swapping of files from either system 

 

  platform (using the FAT or FAT32 file format.)

 

•  No batteries or power adapters required.  Uses power from from your USB ports or USB hub.

 

C. SYSTEM COMPATIBILITY

 

  The Ultra TravelDrive can be used with virtually any computer that has either a USB 2.0 or 1.1 port.  The Ultra 

 

  TravelDrive has the following minimum system requirements —

 

•  PC or Apple Macintosh computer with USB support

 

  o  PC—Windows 2000 (Service Pack 4)/ XP (Service Pack 2)/ Vista

 

•  The drive will work only as a storage device in Windows 98SE or Windows Me operating systems.  The TotalMedia  

 

    Backup software included with the drive does not support these older operating systems.

 

  o  Mac OS 10.2.8 or higher

 

•  Mac OS 9.x (USB 1.1 support only)

 

  o  Linux 2.5.x (Please see the www.memorex.com website under FAQ’s for “Mounting on Linux.”)

 

•  100MB of free disc space

 

•  512MB of RAM memory as required by Microsoft Windows

 

•  Available USB 2.0 (for High Speed) or USB 1.1 port
