Toolbox Troubleshooting screens
The following screens may help in troubleshooting problems with your Memjet printer.
Event Log
Your Memjet printer logs errors into a special buffer in printer memory. The Event Log
screen displays any errors logged by the printer as it responds to your commands, or performs
maintenance functions.
This window will list the last 100 events that have occurred. If you need to contact support
personnel, you may be asked to open this window on your Mac.
To access the Event Log page from the Home Page select
Event Log.
