DIP Switch Configuration
6. Before replacing the Master Switch Box cover, the Tank Configuration DIP Switches must be set for

compatibility with Suction Loading. Switches 3, 4, and 5 of the Master Board Tank Configuration DIP
Switches control the Pump Coil Voltage setting. If these switches are set incorrectly, the hoist valve
solenoid coil will fail, causing the hoist valve to not operate. 

Change the DIP switch configuration from C

to G as shown below. Switch 3 must be OFF, and Switches 4 and 5 must be ON.

 

7. Carefully place cover plate on the Master Switch Box. Ensure ribbon cable and other wiring is not pinched

under cover.

8. Install four (4) cover plate screws.
