Press the button once, twice or three times to select the grill mode in
accordance with the images:
1x: Upper grill 2x: Dual grill 3x: Lower grill

Press the button to confirm the selection.

Then turn the control knob in a clockwise direction to set the desired cooking
time.

Press the button to start the cooking process in grill mode.
NOTE
A beep will sound after half of the cooking time has elapsed. If required,
open the door and turn over the food to optimise the cooking process
(see “9.3.2. Interrupting a programme” on page 171). Then press the
button again to continue with the cooking programme.
9.8. Convection air
In convection mode, hot air is circulated throughout the interior of the oven. Hot air
is particularly recommended for preparing casseroles or crisp foods.
To cook with hot air, proceed as follows:

Press the button once or repeatedly to select the temperature as shown in the
following table:
NOTE
Once the button has been pressed for the first time, the temperature
can also be set by turning the control knob.
