Article 4 – Warranty exclusion
the warranty is not valid if the dysfunction is caused by wrong usage, negligence, lack of care, wrong manipulation, or any
dysfunction of GPS and radiotelephony network use or in every case of interventions executed on the product by persons
unauthorized by Medical Mobile.
Those examples of dysfunctions are not under warranty:
- Normal utilization of the product, reparation or replacement that are the consequence of a normal utilization of the product;
- Use of the product outside normal and usual conditions;
- Wrong utilization, accident, negligence;
- Modification, alteration, reparation or product maintenance unauthorized by Medical Mobile;
- Utilization, installation, connection not conform to Medical Mobile specifications;
- Utilization of unsuitable accessories;
- Damage to the product caused by external sources;
- Alteration, erasing, withdrawal of the product serial number;
- Scratch, cracks or any damages on the product surfaces of any outside element of the product;
- Any operation depending on network provider’s use by the product;
- Perturbation and/or unavailability total or partial and/or radiotelephonic network interruption use in the activation context of the
functionalities of the product and of the GPS network.
- Any perturbation of the product functioning that would be caused by modification and/or evolution of any systems and network,
which are currently used by the product.
