The reading of this guide must be completed with the reading of the General Condition and Subscription Formulary for the
ColumbaTD service, include in the box containing the ColumbaTD system, which also contains important documents and legal
advices that must be understood and accepted before proceeding to the activation of the ColumbaTD.

Technologies and methods use in the ColumbaTD are protected by world pending patents. Those are the property of Medical
Intelligence Technologies Inc. or its subsidiaries.
Every software of the ColumbaTD system is protected by pending patents or copyrights. Any copy, modification, opposite
engineering is strictly forbidden and could lead to legal prosecution.

Medical Mobile and ColumbaTD are trademarks of Medical Intelligence Technologies Inc. and its subsidiaries. Other logos or
product of Intelligence Technologies Inc. and its subsidiaries, protected or not, are the property of Intelligence Technologies Inc. and
its subsidiaries. You agree not to post-up or use in any manner the above-mentioned marks without a written agreement of
Intelligence Technologies Inc. and its subsidiaries. Other products and enterprise’s names mentioned in this document are either
pending or official trademark that are the property of their respective holders.
