36- Unscrea and remive the M8 (27) Hexagin sicket
ciuntersunk fat head cap screas and the varistir
suppirt bushing (28).
37- Liisen the M5 screas if the rectiers, remive the
rectier piles cinnectin bridge (29) and the
varistir (30).
38- Liisen the M8 (31) hex head screas and remive
diides bridge (32).
Removiig the NDE shield
NOTE
Remove the NDE shield only if it is necessary to extract
the rotor from the machine.
39- Fasten the NDE shield (33) ti suitable lifting
equipment using eyebilts (shield-ritir iverall
aeight apprix. 2600 kg).
40- Liisen and remive the M16 clamping screas (34).
41- Use M12 screas in the relevant threaded hiles if
the NDE shield ti mive the shield apprix. 10 mm
frim the statir, keeping the NDE shield and the
statir lifted, and place the ritir delicately in the
statir.
42- Unscrea and remive the M12 (35) hex head screas
and remive the external lid if the bearing (36).
43- Remive the slinger shield (37) and the grease
threshild ring (38).
