Secton 16 - Control System
(1) 227 kg (500 lbs) -- Machines equipped with optional Overload Sensing System.
Press the right arrow until the display reads “PLATFORM EMPTY”. Remove all weight from the
platform, then press ENTER.
Once the calibration is complete, a screen should appear to enter the date. Enter the date that
the machine was successfully calibrated and hit ENTER. You should now see “FINISHED!”
appear on the screen. The machine is now calibrated and ready to be used.
Alternative Load Calibration
An alternate method of achieving rated load in the platform is to attach a Hanging Scale to the
bottom of the platform and apply load using a winch or similar device until the readout displays the
appropriate weight. Proceed with Load Calibration.
