Securing To Truck Or Trailer For Transport
Turn the key Selector Key Switch to OFF and remove the key before transport.
Turn the Battery Disconnect Switch to OFF before transport.
Inspect the entire machine for loose or unsecured items.
Secure the chassis.
Engage the Rotation Lock.
Secure the platform.
Securing The Chassis
Make sure each of your chains is rated to hold
the machine’s weight (see serial number plate or
Specifications). Use at least 4 chains.
Do not attach chain hooks directly to the machine.
Loop the chain through the tie-down point and
connect the chain hook to the chain.
Be sure chains are arranged so that they do not
damage the machine.

Securing The Platform
With the boom completely stowed, raise the jib slightly,
then use the Platform Level function to lower the
platform until the front of the platform touches the
trailer surface.
Route the tie-down strap as shown through the width
of the platform, over the toe boards of both side entry
points. Tighten securely but do not overtighten.
It may be necessary to turn the platform 90 degrees
when loading two machines on the same trailer. In this
case, route the strap over the toeboard and through
the end of the platform as shown.

Loading Three Machines
Three machines may be loaded onto a single 53 ft trailer by rotating the turntable of each machine
and rotating the platforms as shown below.
