Without reaching your arm into the refuse vehicle,
remove the trash from behind the packing panel using the
appropriate clean out tool.

After the trash is removed, close and secure the clean out
door.

Safety Signs
•
Daily Checks -
A complete walk around of the vehicle to
inspect the safety signs should be performed every day
before operation. If any of the safety signs are damaged,
illegible, or missing, they must be replaced before
operation.
For the proper location and part numbers of the safety signs
for the refuse vehicle, see “SAFETY SIGNS”. If you are
unable to determine the proper safety sign or its placement
on the refuse vehicle, call McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing,
Inc. 888-686-7278 for assistance. If any safety signs on the
equipment are not clearly readable, contact McNeilus Parts
and Service at 888-686-7278 or www.streetsmartparts.com
to
order replacements. Use only McNeilus replacement safety
signs.
