LED Indicator Light Functions
The LED indicator lights are used to display the status of
various functions and operations (
ignition switch is first turned on, the lights will perform a self-
test, which will light all the lights for a few seconds.

Normal Use or Reading

Pump On LED
The LED will be green when the
pump is on and operational.
If there is a pump fault such as,
but not limited to, low hydraulic oil,
high oil temperature or a clogged
filter, the light will flash and the
pump will not be operational.

Tailgate Open
LED
The green LED will be lighted
when the tailgate is fully closed.

Error Code
LED
There are six LEDs that will be on
or off depending on the error code.
If any of these LEDs are lighted,
refer to your Zero Radius Service
Manual.

Activate LED
If a button is pressed that
requires the ACTIVATE button to
be pressed, the LED will flash,
indicating the ACTIVATE button
must also be pressed.

Remote
Switch LED
The LED will be green when the
REMOTE button is activated.
The remote button panel is now
operational.

Hydraulic Oil
Level LED
If the LED is off, the hydraulic oil
is at the proper level. If the red
LED is on, the oil level is low and
the hydraulic pump will be shut
off. When the red LED is on, you
can press and hold the low oil
level icon for 30 seconds to allow
Hydraulic functions to stow the arm
and grabber assemblies and put
the refuse vehicle in a condition for
road travel.

Hydraulic Oil
Filter Bypass
LED
If the light comes on during
operation, the oil filter is being
bypassed and needs to be
serviced immediately.

Arm Stowed
LED
When the light is off, the arm is in
the STOWED (HOME) position.
