13. Troubleshooting
Suddenly there is no more fog production during operation:
• The device is reheating (green LED on the remote control is not lit). Once the heating process is complete, the
device will emit fog again.
• The device is no longer connected to the voltage supply. Check the correct connection and the voltage supply
of the outlet.
• The tank is empty and needs refilling.
The device continues to produce fog for a short period of time despite deactivated fog function after it is
switched off/unplugged:
• This is not a defect. The remaining fog liquid in the fog output opening is evaporating.
Repairs other than those described above should only be carried out by an authorised
specialist.
