Multi Site
Screen Layout/Far End: No Presentation - Multi-Site
During Multi-Site calls,
Layout
allows you to control how the other sites are displayed on your screen .
Tap the participant box
then tap
Camera.
Use the
Up/Down
arrows to scroll
through the layout options .
Tap anywhere outside the participant
box to return to near end .
Sharing Presentation: Multi Site
VGA Connector
There will be VGA/ DVI cable already plugged into the equipment .
Plug the VGA end into your laptop and turn the laptop on .
Sharing Presentation:
Multi Site
TIP
If your laptop does not display your presentation, press
+
keys
on your keyboard
and select
Duplicate
.

You may also need to change your resolution to 1024x768 .
Tap
Share
to access the
connected laptop/PC .
To stop sharing your
presentation, tap
Stop
Sharing.
Tap the
PC image
box to share the
content .
Focus speaker during multi-site (MCU):
If you notice that the voice activation is no longer
working you may have accidentally overridden it . To reactivate it tap the participant box, tap
Camera
and then use the
left/right
arrow keys . Keep scrolling until you see the presenter icon .
Voice activation is now in effect .
