MARS
and
MARPS
include
the
kit
for
managing
the
solar
energy
source
composed
of
the
inlet
(return
from
the
plant
circuit)
and
outlet
pipes
and
group
for
forced
circulation
with
high
efficiency
circulator
consisting
of:
safety
group,
manometer,
integrated
check
and
ball
valves
and
a
flow
regulator
(2
÷
12
L/min).
This
group
allows
the
filling/washing/maintenance
of
the
circulator
without
necessity
of
evacuating
the
plant
circuit,
through
the
closing
of
the
outlet
side
ball
valve.

19.1 CIRCULATOR CURVES
19.2 LOADING OF THE PLANT CIRCUIT
Close
the
balancing
valve
(1)
(horizontal
calibration
pin).
Connect
the
necessary
pipes
to
the
supplied
hose
pipe
joint
connectors
14
mm
that
are
installed
on
the
flow
controller
(2).
Open
manually
the
non
‐
return
valve
by
turning
the
blue
knob
(3)
with
45°
degrees.
Open
the
taps
(2).
Introduce
the
water
to
circulate
into
the
circuit
until
the
washing
of
the
system.
Repeat
the
previous
operation
with
an
appropriate
thermal
carrier
fluid
(water
and
with
max
50%
glycol).
Open
again
the
ball
valve
and
put
all
the
hydraulic
components
of
the
group
in
working
position.
You
should
wait
for
a
few
minutes
for
the
fluid
to
circulate,
evacuate
the
excessive
air
and
check
the
pressure.
If
it
is
below
than
the
needed
one,
then
more
fluid
should
be
added.
Reset
the
water
flow
regulator
valve
to
the
desired
flow
rate
as
indicated
in
Paragraph
19.4.
